Shipping & Returns

  • Orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays
  • Faulty goods refund store credit or exchange within 7-10 days
  • No refunds or exchanges on change of mind
  • We currently only offer New Zealand shipping only

Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email which will include your courier post consignment number. To track your order please click the link in your confirmation email. If you are unable to locate your consignment number, or if you have any questions about your shipped order please contact us.

Returns:
Before returning goods please contact us first.

If your order is lost or damaged in transit or if you have not received your order within 5 working days please contact us so that we can assist you.

If your items arrive damaged please photograph and keep all contents including the packaging or parcel that the items arrived in and contact [email protected]

Exchanges

There is no exchange or returns on sale items or Gift Certificates. ​ Faulty items: If something you purchased you feel is faulty we will provide you with an exchange or refund on that item. We require the item to be returned to us for verification; we will reimburse for any postage costs or will organise a parcel pickup.

All payments are securely processed through a third party payment gateway. No credit card information is stored by Spoilt Beauty. ​
